The Role
I really enjoyed how my manager allowed me to control what i did
I felt valued by some but others ignored me. This was because i had no experience in food law and this was to be expected.
He was always very happy to talk and work things through with me. He was great.
It went from really busy to very quiet.
The Company
Due to the selling of the business, it was very stressful at times.
at the start and during the selling it was badly organized and rather confusing. But it was still fun.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I would consider working for them again however i would prefer a food only business.
The Culture
it was alright but i got on better with fulltime staff due to my age difference.
it was very expensive with over half my wage going on rent.
there were a few good pubs but it was rater quiet around our area.
