The Role
I had a great time i really enjoyed working there.
The people i worked with were great i felt like part of the company from day one they were really helpfull.
The management were very helpful and the explained the tasks i had to do very well. If i had any questions they were willing to answer them
Most of the time there was plenty of work for me to do. Occasionally there wasnt much to do as we were waiting on the client to provide documents.
I help out with many parts of the audit and i was incharge of the audit for a couple of ear marked pension schemes
It enabled me to develop communications skills which is useful when completing group tasks. I also improved my computer skills which will be beneficial
The Company
It was a generally friendly atmosphere even during stressfull times the people were great
Very well organised indeed
They were helpfull in making me feel welcome and to understand the tasks i had to complete. It was only 8 weeks so there wasn't much times for training
Subsidised Canteen
I have received a job offer commencing in 2011 when i complete my degree
The Culture
Ye i met up with some of them for lunch a few times and we had an interns CSR day which was great
I lived at home so it was very cheap for me
Leeds is a great city with a vibrant night life
I was able to play a bit of five a side football we people from work
