  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Really fantastic place to work. Very casual atmosphere, and very friendly coworkers

    • Plenty of social events and pub trips

    • I always felt like I had people to ask for help if I had a problem

    • Had a fair amount to keep me busy, but never so much I got too stressed

    • I was given a lot of autonomy on the design side of things when I volunteered to help with that.

    • I expect the skills I learnt to stay with me and help in everything I do in this line of work

    • Fantastically lighthearted place to work - very enjoyable lunch and social times

    • It was great being treated as basically a new grad starter, really helped me feel part of the team

    • I never felt like there was no-one I could go to to get advice

    • Not sure about this - I'd love to come back but they have a lot of new starters coming up, and I'm unsure about how much further they're planning to expand

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Fantastic social scene - something happened after work at least once a week, sometimes up to four times a week

    • Wasn't too expensive, but it would be nice if I could've afforded to live closer to work

    • Really pleasant pubs around, great range of beer

    • Plenty of opportunities - from film club, to board games, to dinner club, loads of stuff to keep you busy
