The Role
I enjoyed my internship, there was a variety of work to do and I was never really bored or lacking in something to do.
I felt welcomed into my department and left feeling more part of the team.
I was given plenty of support and guidance by many different colleagues, especially my "Buddy" and my People Manager
I was busy which was good and I enjoyed that, I only had 30 minutes where I had nothing to do. I was kept well busy and it made the day go in faster and just more enjoyable.
I was given as much responsibility as a graduate which was nice, I felt I was given the right amount of responsibility for my position.
I feel like I have certainly developed since joining and that it is an environment where people can improve and develop.
The Company
Very pleasant, everyone was friendly and welcoming and nice. Relaxed enough that you felt comfortable but not so relaxed so as you get no work done. Bit of friendly conversation every so often.
It was very well organised.
They invested a lot of money in training me with days away and other such things.
Very appealing, I'm going back to work as a graduate having recieved an offer.
The Culture
Yes there seemed to be even if it was quieter as it was summer and people were away.
Aberdeen is expensive but I knew and expected that as I live there.
I don't know, I don't go to nightclubs.
Yes even in the short period of time that I was there.
