The Role
A lot of responsibility and power to implement suggested projects. Expectancy to drive given project forward and make decision (with due consultation).
A was treated as an integral part of the team.
I knew exactly who to ask and was never made hesitant by their reaction.
A lot of work, a backlog of tasks even. Reasonable completeness pressure.
Rolled out my project to customer at the end of the internship.
Learning new skills, while on the job, a lot of experience exchange with other teams and departments.
The Company
Something is always going on, had to make wise decision to get involved in the most interesting activities and get the job done outstandingly.
A lot of guidance from team leader, HR and management. Many opportunities to provide feedback.

The Culture
Had events organised for interns only, including social outings and various expo. Also got to take part in the company's volunteering by planting poppies in the Tower of London
London is not so cheap, but I live 20 minutes walking from work and have a lot of places to go in central and east London.
not only nightlife, but also morning life - went to MorningGloryVile, the morning rave. Was awesome to pump the jam before work.
sports team of many disciplines, bouldering for me. Volunteering activities (planting poppies in the Tower of London, #IceBucketChallenge) and a fantastic summer picnic
