The Role
It was a challenge at times, but I learnt a lot at a fast pace, and it was often very rewarding.
Very much so. People in the office treated me like a normal colleague and not as somebody junior to them.
My bureau chief here was a constant support, giving me opportunities, explaining things and offering feedback.
Variable, but usually handled a few jobs at once.
As much as anyone else who is fully-employed at Bloomberg. I fully respect and appreciate that.
The skills I learnt at Bloomberg are invaluable for the career in journalism that I hope to pursue.
The Company
Comraderie - people were happy to help even though they were busy.
More feedback could have been given centrally (i.e. from HR/training)
An intensive training course to start the internship which set us up well.

The Culture
Not so much much in Frankfurt, but definitely in London.
Standard for Germany, cheap compared to UK.
I didn't really manage to experience it much!
A few, like a boat trip down the River Main which was nice.
