The Role
Overall very enjoyable but I did not enjoy the systems testing aspect as much as other work I did during my internship
I felt I was an important member of the team
My manager was very supportive and helpful but I did not see him very much. However, I knew I could always email him for advice or with any questions I had.
I was very busy at all times, working at least 9 hours each day as the project I was on was reaching a crucial stage.
I was given as much responsibility as all the full time analysts
I gained so many new skills from my internship which I will use for life.
The Company
In my particular client office there was not a great atmosphere as everyone was so busy all the time. However, everyone was kind and welcoming.
My internship was well organised by HR staff and I felt well supported in this way
I was often left to find out how to do tasks myself without much guidance as everyone was always so busy.
Company Parties/Events
I have now been offered the job for when I finish University which I am really excited about.
The Culture
It was great being surrounded by such enthusiastic, fun, and like minded individuals.
Expensive in London but the company did often pay for drinks.
We had great social events and nights out.
I did not have time as I worked a lot of hours due to the nature of my project.
