The Role
Really enjoyed it, learnt a lot, worked hard but wanted to go to work each day
felt like one of the team instantly, never felt like my time was worth less than theirs, always were willing to help me
my manager was always willing to give me his time. gave advice and feedback on a weekly basis
Projects were spread across the internship so were able to keep me busy when my manager wasn't around with tasks to give me
Responsibility on the small project of my own working alongside someone else on the team which was satisfying.
am not yet to apply them to my degree but know my work ethic has improved as has my ability to work a full day
The Company
Worked hard when they needed to but always willing to have a chat and help me. Jokes kept me relaxed, never was a tense environment
sometimes information came out late for events but never hindered the overall well organisation of the events
felt like we were very valued and the future of the company, told a lot about what our role to play in the future of the company was
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
really excited to work for JP Morgan
The Culture
really great time in work and outside of working hours with fellow interns
not too bad, i am from north london so much cheaper compared to there but more expensive than my university city. the salary we received more than covered working and living costs
interns really enjoyed the work nights out, everyone kept in contact outside of work because of it
not in the time i was there, there were after i had left but just coincidentally in the 10 weeks i was there events weren't taking place
