The Role
I was able to work in a great environment, doing a job I loved. There was also scope for branching out and exploring other areas within the company that interested me.
My colleagues were very friendly and always were willing to make time for me as a placement student. My colleagues also were a source of great encouragement, and I felt I was valued and my work was valued.
My supervisor was always available to give support and guidence when It was needed. They were always keen for me to make the most of every opportunity that was available for me.
There was a good flow of interesting work for me to be working on. I was able to move from one project to the next with very little gap between.
I was given a good level of responsibility, to manage my workload and time. At times I had responsibility for ensuring projects are running smoothly and managing and distributing work to those on the project
The skills I developed while on placement are skills I will have for life and will be able to apply to my studies. I will also be able to take the skills I have learnt to any future employer
The Company
The office atmosphere was enjoyable and there was a range of activities going on that helped to create the atmosphere. During my time at the company i was able to be apart of the team that helped to build and sustain the great office atmosphere
The placement was seamless and there was always people to ask if there were any queries. I was able to come straight in the job and feel equipped and prepared
The company was very supportive and allowed me to attend training sessions in field, alongside in house training and development that was made available to me. These allowed me to grow in my skills and also to explore and learn how a large corporation works.

There were future employment possibilities available to me in the company, in a range of roles, around the world.
The Culture
There was a dedicated group within the company made up of placement students who organised social events for the placement student community. Alongside this amoung the students in my office there was a good social scene
Reasonably priced and affordable within the placement salary.
Heading into London or one of the surrounding towns was required for a night out
There were a range of sporting activities available within the sports facilities at work and also across the sports facilities in the town.
