The Role
I really enjoyed my time at Hays, the culture was energetic and fun with lots of group incentives to work towards. I was given lots of support and coaching as well as training which helped me meet my targets.
I felt very valued by my team and was given lots of responsibility after my first 3/4 months
Whenever I needed help or support I always had someone to turn to and my manager was very happy to help.
I was constantly busy, each day flew by which was great as I never got the time to feel bored
At the start of my placement I was not given that much responsibility however after 3/4 months I started to get involved in the business development, client side which was very exciting and challenging
I feel I have learnt crucial skills from my Placement, the key ones being my communicational and upward management skills have improved as well as being able to develop professional rapport with clients.
The Company
The office was always very lively and positive particularly within my team, everyone went out after work and socialised which was great
It was very well organised, the day plan was very structured and I always had plenty of work to do
I had regular on the desk training as well as candidate and client training which really helped me hit my targets

I have already been in touch with my team regarding roles after I graduate and will hopefully be returning so the prospects after graduating seem great.
The Culture
Yes great I was based in London also, so there was lots of bars that my team frequently visited
The cost of living was fine if you know where you were going, we made sure we visited a lot of the bars on happy hour after work
Brilliant there were amazing bars in places to eat local to the office
There was a netball team for the girls, rugby, football for the guys and also bootcamp sessions which run most mornings
