The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my internship, I worked on so many different projects, learnt so many new skills and worked with some really supportive people.
The majority of my colleagues made me feel really valued and supported me throughout my internship. However, on some occaisions it felt that I was not trusted to make my own decisions or work independently.
It was 50/50. I was given support but sometimes felt very much a junior member of the team with little responsibility.
It varied through different times during my internship. I did find I would have to ask for work.
Some members of the team gave me a lot of responsibility with tasks and major projects where I could take control.
I have learnt so much and they will defintely help me in my career in the future.
The Company
There was a good and friendly atmosphere.
It was very well organised up until my final months where the next steps as to my employment were unclear.
I feel they invested a lot of time in my development.
