The Role
I really enjoyed it! I learnt so much and was given the opportunity to get involved in so many different things. Everyone was so nice and helpful!
Everyone makes an effort to chat to you on your first few days and people really value the work you do and the effort you make. Part of the company ethos is to look after it's employees and they really do!
I was given a lot of support. If I needed help with anything someone was always willing to help. For any projects I was given, I got guidance and support but I was responsible for it and I definitely wasn't micro-managed.
I always had something to do but it wasn't hectic. Being busy made the time fly by!
I was responsible for a number of things.
I know everything I've learnt here will help me in some way for my degree. Whether it's technical skills, soft skills, more confidence or even something as simple as writing a perfectly worded email!
The Company
Everyone was lively and up for a laugh.
Well organised.
There is a lot of training and development here. I think if you wanted to get involved in any of it you'd just have to ask.
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing. There is a lot of opportunity at Enterprise.
The Culture
Not great. It was hard getting to know other interns as most worked in different departments.
I didn't live in the area I worked in but socialising costs were average for just outside London.
