The Role
It's the most coeducational and supportive job I've ever had.
Everyone is very friendly and works collaboratively for the good of the business, rather than for individual credit/gain.
Management were very attentive to making my experience as positive and fulfilling as possible.
The workload varies and is very flexible, I can take on as much or as little as I feel comfortable with each day.
I have personally laised on behalf of the company with other businesses, and have been tasked with looking after mission critical infrastructure.
The professional and social skills I have learnt will help me assimilate into working life much easier after my studies.
The Company
The atmosphere is work centric but everyone is always free for a chat.
The placement team were very organised and kept us all well appraised throughout the process.
The company paid for my first attempt at any profesisonal certifications I wanted to take.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym

Pepsico is a rapidly evolving company that always has opportunities for full-time employment.
The Culture
The permenant staff, contractors and students were all treated the same and all socialised together freely.
Reading is an affordable place to live, a little on the quiet side compared to living in the bigger cities.
Reading's night life is lacking, but its very close to london which has the best night life in the country.
There are loads of social and sporting groups organised by staff.
