About You
I really enjoyed it. It was engaging and very broad in terms of its focus. Events like the Innovation Forum and the Trading Game were very interactive.
Everyone we met seemed to be interested in helping us and informing us about their areas of the bank. I definitely felt valued
There was plenty of support over the week
Presentation skills were very useful and so was the analytical work we practiced with the case study.
The Company
the week was very well structured.
The atmosphere was very good. It kept everything interesting and engaging
Lots of skill sessions and case studies, which was a large time and presumably monetary expenditure on us.
It was very useful at getting a feel of different areas of the bank.
Company culture was very much at the core of a lot of the talks, from the "one team" atmosphere talks to the individual salespeople who embodied the +1 attitude relating to clients.
It was useful at determining the roles of each part of the bank.
Everything Else
Travel expenses were reimbursed
Every lunch was a networking opportunity plus there was a dinner and a breakfast
They were interesting and lots of people were available
Yes, "networks" breakfast and the Corporate Responsibility talks covered this comprehensively
Yes
