About You
It was very welled structured and I enjoyed it a lot.
Everyone was very supportive and willing to answer any questions we had. Very friendly culture.
We had sessions on different divisions as well as lots of networking opportunities during the week. So I would say very informative program and supportive culture.
It was more practical than what we learned at business school. And there was a mock bond issue session which provided us a much better understanding of how the bank as a whole work together.
The Company
Very well structured
Quite intense program but very exciting as well. I really enjoyed it
You really feel that the bank invests a lot on the program and on the campus recruitment events. Everyones willing to help and answer questions as well.
You have a much better idea of how the bank works after the sessions and networking
There were networking breakfast, lunch, dinner, ext. You met with many representatives from diverse divisions, from analyst to directors. So it really shows how friendly the culture is
Very sure of what I would like to do at the end of the week. And I heard other interns say the same as well.
Everything Else
Travel was reimbursed and they arranged accommodation during the week.
A lot
Good for you to both discover the work and the culture
Yeh they also introduced to us about difference associations and activities within the bank, which sounds quite attractive to me
Definitely yes
