About You
The insight was extremely enjoyable. The programme was very insightful and allowed us to explore many different areas of the company, as well as develop some key soft skills through seminars.
I felt extremely valued. Employees treated us as colleagues.
At no point did I feel that I was lacking guidance. Everything was clearly explained, and help was offered whenever needed.
The information has put me in a much better position now when it comes to choosing where I want to work, whilst I'm sure the presentation skills in particular will help with my studies.
The Company
The insight was very well structured, whilst also allowing us enough time to make our own contacts and do our own shadowing if we wanted to.
Whilst some seminars were fun, most were obviously quite formal, as they should have been. The atmosphere was good, however competition between participants sometimes led to tense moments.
Whilst a lot of the week was based upon the company, there were seminars that taught us presentation, negotiation and innovation skills as well.
In one week, there was little more that could have been done to help us understand further. The week was extremely insightful.
Company culture was referred to a lot, however it was obviously difficult to experience this without being in a working environment.
The contacts I made and the presentations that were given have been invaluable to me.
Everything Else
We were reimbursed.
yes, often everyday.
Dinner and drinks were great, as were the interactive trading games and panel discussions etc. however lunches were a little repetitive.
Certainly.
Absolutely. The whole experience has been extremely rewarding.
