The Role
I really enjoyed my time at Deloitte, purely because of the people around you in the team and the work ethic of everyone in the company. Everyone makes you feel a part of the team and you are offered opportunities to meet everyone outside of the work environment and go on socials too. Loved it.
You are well valued by the teams just as you would be a graduate scheme student and given responsibility, the more you do the more you get.
Constantly in contact with my buddy who was always there to help, as well as my team who supported me and any other students.
Not way too busy and not bored. Had enough work and always asked for more, if you ask you get.
Given a lot more responsibility than expected and you earn more later on.
The skills will help me fit right in on the audit graduate scheme and have given me a taster for what is ahead.
The Company
I was never in the office and always out at clients, but every team I worked with were brilliant.
Really well organised, I need say nothing more.
You have a full day of training as well as a welcome event, you have a lot of time invested into you in a short period.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I have been offered a place on the graduate scheme for 2015.
The Culture
Yes. We went out on a few occasions for drinks as well as for sober socials, some of us are meeting up again soon.
I live in the area anyway so pretty cheap and I know the area well.
Awesome in Liverpool and Manchester.
Always opportunities to join sports teams and other things in the office.
