About You
I enjoyed the Insight program because I got in touch with lots of interesting international employees of Bank of America Merrill Lynch and as well with students. We got useful advices and information concerning the recruitment process for the summer internships. I would love to come back for an internship.
I felt valued all the time. Everyone was so interested and supporting.
We got support in everything we did. Everyone who needs help, got it. Every question was answered by a nice and friendly looking recruiter who was always smiling although you asked a question twice.
I got a clear idea of what I want to do after my studies. The program helped me to find out what the right path would look like and fostered the wish to be an intern for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
The Company
The whole program was very well structured. With giving us a little handbook in the beginning of the week we could always look what will come next and where it will take place. We saw all relevant areas of the firm and got useful information during the events.
The general atmosphere during the Insight program has been very good. People were interested and paid attention to everyone.
The company invested a lot of time in training us. We had external trainings as well as internal trainings and workshops.
It helped me significantly to find out about how a full time role in the firm would be like: Challenging and fun.
It has been very helpful to participate on the insight to understand the culture of Bank of America. Baml is very supportive, very diverse and gives their employees the chance to be who they really are, no mater what background you have.
It has been very helpful for us.
