About You
I thoroughly enjoyed the Summer Insight Week at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. The work shadowing, division presentations and the various networking events proved beneficial in aiding my career development.
All of the Insight Interns were given great attention. The Graduate Recruitment team put a lot of time and effort into making our experience valuable. The employees from all divisions were very friendly and willing to share their knowledge.
I feel that I received a lot of guidance during my time at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
I believe that the skills that I have acquired from this week-long experience will prove very beneficial in the long term. I feel that I have improved my presentation, communication and leadership skills significantly, which will aid me in my career ahead.
The Company
The Insight Programme was very well structured. There was a good mix of division presentations, work shadowing and team activities.
There was a very positive atmosphere throughout the week. The Graduate Recruitment team and all the employees involved carried a great level of enthusiasm.
There were excellent interactive sessions delivered from expert guest speakers with regards to personal development and public speaking.
Significantly.
Greatly, since we were exposed to so many areas of the business, we got a great feel of the culture.
