I found the work to be genuinely varied and at a level appropriate to my abilities.

I felt I was given an appropriate level of responsibility- I never felt out of my depth o,r conversely, patronised

I received personal feedback regularly and written feedback during my Partner interview- perhaps earlier written feedback would have been nice but I can't really complain

Not directly applicable to my degree but the structure of a proper working day will no doubt help

Very well as on the placement you are essentially a junior member of staff- taking on all the responsibilities of a first year graduate.

You only work in one office but you do get a good understanding of the atmosphere and culture there.

I have taken a job at the firm- I enjoyed the placement sufficiently to want to keep doing it

Yes, we had a residential induction day where we met all the other students from taking part in the scheme at other offices

As above- we also had a social after work at the end of the scheme

Yes- many of the staff were taking part in a triathalon, seemed like a great thing to get involved with

Absolutely, a great scheme and a good length of time- not too long so as to occupy the entire summer
