About You
I really enjoyed my time with Deloitte. the people were very supportive and kind and I felt it was a very worthwhile experience.
Everybody valued me. From high ranks to less senior positions, everybody was willing to help me.
A lot of guidance. People were considerate to my needs and I always encouraged to ask questions and ask for support when needed.
I developed a lot of very useful skills that will help me both in my career and when I graduate when I hopefully come back to Deloitte for the graduate scheme.
The Company
I believe this needed improving. There wasn't enough things to do and sometimes it felt like I wasn't learning things as a result. I definitely feel the internship is too short and didn't give me a chance to get my hands into other areas. It also meant I couldn't be involved in certain projects because I was not there long enough. 3 weeks went in a blink of the eye. To make it a worthwhile experience, I would suggest at least 6 weeks.
People were very nice, but there was a real lack of things to do and sometimes this meant I couldn't use my time productively.
They really did try and help me and I managed to develop good skills whilst I was there.
To be honest, I only got a small view of this because of how short the internship was.
It did. I got a great impression and understanding of the company culture as a result.
Yes, it has definitely helped me to decide what I want to do. I now know I want to join Deloitte.
Everything Else
I was paid and reimbursed very well.
There were, but again because I was only there for 3 weeks, this was really limited.
These were good, I got the chance to socialise and Deloitte were really encouraging.
Not too much and because I was only there for a short time, there weren't many opportunities to do this.
Yes definitely
