The Role
I enjoyed working at Deloitte as it was a good experience to work in one of the top accounting firms.
At the beginning i felt like a bit of a stranger however after I had started working at the clients office I felt like my colleagues were my friends, i could ask them about anything and they were very easy going and comfortable to talk too.
I was given excellent support by my supervisors however on some occasions I could have been given more support.
I felt as though deloitte could have organised more work for summer associates to do as I had a lot of free time on my hands.
I was given a fair bit of responsibility however this is understandable as I did not no the ins and outs of the business so it would have been risky for me to be given a huge amount of responsibility.
I was very grateful to be given the opportunity to work with deloitte and I hope to work with them again after I graduate
The Company
very friendly and helpful, at the offices it was quite quiet
I feel as though we could have been given more work or even more e-training exercise as most of the time there wasnt much to do.
I enjoyed the first 2 days of training immensely as it enabled me to network
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
I hope to pass my interview with the partner and secure myself a graduate ob
The Culture
