The Role
Excellent training program, interesting projects given to interns, fast-paced environment & great colleagues!
Everyone feels valued, it's a very non-hierarchical system and anyone can talk to anyone at anytime!
My team leader was fantastic and guided me through the more challenging aspects of my project.
It's fairly busy - you can expect to work 9-7 with 1 hours lunch break and permanent hires actually work much more - but it's fun! Never had a boring day!
Interns are given real projects that are almost always deployed, so it's a lot of responsibility but your code will always be reviewed by your mentor first.
Some proprietary technology stuff but obviously your programming skills will improve - you'll learn a lot about coding standards, testing, 'defensive' programming , debugging etc!
The Company
Hard-working but friendly!
Very well organised - there's always someone to reach out to!
10 full days of training!
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
It's a great place to work for -plenty of opportunity for early career advancement!
The Culture
A lot of interns, friendly and mixed crowd -lots of international students!
It's London -it's fairly expensive but you can afford it!
It's London - there's something for every taste!
