About You
Great 3 weeks, thoroughly enjoyed my time, the work I was placed on was interesting and varied.
Everybody was really helpful, nothing was ever a problem, if I needed help, all I had to do was ask. I was really made to feel like part of the team, which made the whole experience so much better.
A lot, anything I needed help with, it was given more or less straight away.
As a chemistry undergraduate student what I learnt wasn't directly applicable, but transferable skills, very much so. Whether that be being patient with data, and being very accurate and taking time over things or just generally communicating with others.
The Company
Everything went smoothly, right from the very first day. I always knew what I was doing and where I was going.
Great, everybody was friendly and helpful at all times.
Considerably, not being from a financial back ground in terms of my degree, I had a lot of questions, but people always took time out from what they were doing to help.
Being part of the teams I was with gave a great insight into what working for Deloitte would be like.
I learnt so much more than what was possible by just reading Deloitte's website.
It has given me an indication of what it would be like, steering me towards making a decision.
Everything Else
I was paid adequately and reimbursed for all my expenses.
Yes, plenty of social opportunities to network and meet people.
They were really good. It was really well organised and enjoyable, getting to know my colleagues on the SVS.
Yes, again, any questions I had were answered with a smile my the teams I was in.
Yes most definitely, it was a great insight, giving me lots of opportunities, that are so difficult to come by.
