The Role
I very much enjoyed the internship. It gave me a good insight into what it would be like to work at the company.
All the staff were very friendly and tried to involve you as much as possible.
I was given a 'buddy' who was very friendly, as well as a team of supervisors whom were great in giving support and guidance.
Some days I had lots to do but on some days there wasn't much to be done.
I was given as much responsibility as possible considering my lack of knowledge on the pieces of work I was helping out on.
The skills I developed will certainly help me in my future career, and some skills will be transferable.
The Company
Everyone was friendly, and the atmosphere was enjoyable.
I was given a timetable of whom I will be working for each week on my first day.
The firm invested a lot of time and resources to our personal training during the internship.
I was given a final interview for the Graduate role at the end of the internship but am waiting to hear back regarding the outcome.
The Culture
There were lots of drink opportunities amongst fellow interns as well as colleagues.
I lived from home, but London prices for food and drink are high.
Lots of pubs and bars nearby.
There is lots of opportunities to get involved in sports, and other activities outside of work.
