About You
Really enjoyed it - the three weeks were very helpful in understanding and learning how the IAS division works (the division i have chosen for my graduate position).
Definitely felt at home - my buddy Melissa from St Albans made me feel at home, along with the rest of the deloitte team. The many lunches and dinners was a fabulous time to get to know and meet everyone.
I had Steve young next to me who was great support and answered all of my questions any time. I could also speak to directors and senior managers with ease and without intimidation.
I felt as if sometimes it was too much "admin work" but I guess that comes with the package. Nothing really helps with my degree studies as such however team working skills was a plus! Something to take away and look forward to as a graduate.
The Company
Should be 4 weeks. Two weeks in IAS and two weeks in CT. I told this to the partner at St Albans too.
Very positive! One of the reasons I chose IAS my department was bubbly and enjoyed their work-really enjoyed the positive vibes!
All the way from the SVS up until the end of the intern a lot of money was spent on us. Good level of training and development.
I was able to ask questions to staff to gain such understanding.
Very good - sat down with Tristham who broke down many career progression paths for me.
Everything Else
