The Role
I enjoyed all the HR events organised for us and the networking opportunities presented in addition to my job role.
My team was a busy team so it was not very dynamic. However, this being said, everyone was helpful and made time for me despite their hectic schedule.
As mentioned above, my team was very busy most of the time, thus there was not much support and guidance. I had to be proactive in my tasks.
I was giving my own project to do and so I usually made a to-do-list at the start of the day for completion.
I was assigned a very important project.
I believe that the skills I developed and learnt will assist me greatly.
The Company
It was mostly work in my team but I had a lot of freedom in meeting people and networking outside my job role.
The internship was very well organised with events planned for us almost every week.
The company has prepared us on a 3 day programme to teach us and guide us on basics.
