The Role
I love the working environment. The company has excellent innovation courage rules, as well as care the employees a lot.
My colleagues taught me a lot working skills. They are very kind and respect my effort a lot.
Normally, I was supposed to finish my work by my own. But when I got stuck on some programming stuff, my colleagues from our team give me some key words to search and some direction to learn, which is really helpful. In addition, my line manager has meeting with me every week, so that I can get enough feedback in time.
It really depends on the project. However, normally, it is OK. I could say it is on a quite excellent balance for me.
For some work, I will take the whole responsibility for my small project. I need to make sure it works well. For some others, there are some people responsible for that part. so I will just help as much as I can.
It helps a lot for me, in terms of technology skills, professional skills and some financial knowledge.
