The Role
It was fantastic, I learned so much and had a lot of support from the department throughout.
My colleagues were amazing, they were inclusive and friendly and I definitely felt part of the team
A great level of support with both work assigned by them and by the university
I was kept busy which I loved and was left to manage my own time
A lot! I was given as uprising amount of responsibility which was great and helped me develop my skills
I am going back to university with skills that will help immensely in my final year and throughout my future career
The Company
It was a great office to work in, everyone was very friendly
Fantastic organisation and always kept up to date
I was offered courses and training in whatever I wanted plus there were lectures from external scientists which were extremely informative
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I would definitely consider returning should the opportunity arise
The Culture
Yes. IP unite was there for the students plus there were social events organised by the department
Cost of living wasn't too bad to say it is quite close to London, nightlife was a bit dull though
Pretty poor
Lots of guns and if you looked there were social activities too
