The Role
Very enjoyable, allowed to work on most things that I wanted to and cool facilities to work with.
Quite valued, my work was quite separate from most others so this may not be so relevant.
Reasonable. Again difficult, because my supervisor was away for 3 weeks near the beginning but was good once he got back.
Very busy, didn't come close to finishing everything I needed to. But the deal was to finish as much as I could.
Quite a lot, definitely doing things that were needed for real, current work.
Very useful, there are loads of things that I will be using in my next job.
The Company
Fun, but still productive. People definitely got their stuff done but always willing of a coffee break/chat.
Quite well, my overall goal was well put together but I kept been given extra things without thought for how that would affect my main goals.
This is not particularly relevant: help was there when I needed it but there was no specific 'development or training' that I went to. There was some available for integration to the company.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
I'm already employed but if I weren't I would definitely have liked to take a job with them. We've been joking about when I'm going to leave my current job and go work with them!
The Culture
Yeah, there was a lot going around but I've been busy with other things so wasn't really able to attend much.
Pretty low, but depends whether you'd want to go into Cambridge or not.
Cambridge nightlife is great.
Not really on a continuous basis but there were pub trips and one go-karting trip.
