The Role
My internship was fantastic, i really enjoyed the experience. I received a great insight into my chosen service line, the people were fantastic and the scheme was structured fantastically.
My feedback left me feeling very valued, and the job offer supports that.
Any issues i had i was given full support on, everyone was happy to guide me through whatever i needed.
I always had work to do, i was never sat around doing nothing.
As much as was possible for a low level employee.
Crucial for the job that i will be doing postgrad.
The Company
A very friendly atmosphere, you could see that there was a strong & proud team.
Very well organised, minor technological issues but they were resolved.
We received on the job training, an induction weekend and regular lunchtime training sessions.
Very appealing to me, i am continuing in the same job role after university.
The Culture
Yes, the younger employees socialised a lot.
Very cheap.
Very good nightlife, Cardiff is a fantastic city.
Social events were regular, other activities were available but i did not participate.
