  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I had weekly catch-ups with my line manager where we examined where I wanted to explore further and where I felt I was having trouble. It also gave me the opportunity to feel more comfortable with my line manager and my team in general.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • As I gained trust within the team, I was rarely without work to do; work that was often challenging and useful to the team. I barely noticed the hours passing during the day and the internship flew by.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was given various projects which were my sole responsibility to run with. They often gave me exposure to those higher up in the business and helped me build my network as well as improve my skills.
