The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed it, was one of the best 5 weeks of my life!
Massively, they treated me like they did anyone else on the team.
Someone was always there to speak to me and help me if necessary.
Depended from day to day due to the nature of consulting but on the whole it was a good balance.
Hugely, by the end of the internship I was doing tasks by myself that most analysts do.
Developed a lot of soft skills that you can't learn in the classroom.
The Company
It was pretty much always a relaxed atmosphere where you could have a chat and a laugh with anyone but you were still expected to work hard.
Couple of small issues but nothing to hamper the overall internship.
Undertook training in the first week and throughout the internship. could sign up for various courses as well if we chose to.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Healthcare/Dental
Travel loan
Would definitely come back if offered a job!
The Culture
Had a really good time as a group.
As you can expect, London is very expensive but it was still enjoyable!
It was decent, enjoyed it a fair few times.
Could get involved with a whole load of different activities - really was down to the person.
