    • I was welcomed as a full member of the team, not just as 'one of those interns'. Quickly integrated into team meetings and I felt my opinion was valued.

    • Support was really good, everyone is happy to answer questions. The balance between the ability to try by myself and guidance was perfect.

    • I always had lots to do, but never felt that it wasn't manageable. There is enough time for a quick chat, but I was never bored.
