The Role
The work was intense, but the experience was very helpful
Always received support and advice from my colleagues, plus real responsibilities
Support system was very good, seniors were always willing to have one to one meetings
Workload was very intense, hence I was usually very busy.
Worked on high profile financial transactions and was able to make an important contribution
The technical skills will be very useful for the future
The Company
Things became a bit dull given the workload of people, however, there was always time for a few jokes.
The program was well structured with good opportunities to network with other individuals in the bank
There was several training and development programs
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Very appealing
The Culture
Yes, however, due to the workload, social events were few and far between
London is expensive!
A few bars in the area, nothing extraordinary
Yes, there was volunteering activities and opportunities to join sports teams
