The Role
Really enjoyed it and got lots of new experience and responsibility.
I felt very valued, I was doing graduate level work - no menial tasks.
A lot of support, no question is too small
Constant flow of work, but not stressful amount.
Quite a lot, undertook cad work, calculations, checks etc.
To a great extent, I learnt a lot about stand pro structural analysis software which will be very handy.
The Company
Everyone was very friendly.
Very well organised, smooth application process and I had a constant stream of work to do. I was also able to extend by placement.
Quite a lot, I will be working as a graduate for them after uni.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Very very good, most people who have a placement will eventually work as a graduate for them.
The Culture
Yes, a good hub of young professional engineers.
I commuted from home, but they seemed good.
Very good.
