The Role
The overall program was a unique experience to explore the world of banking.
I was given the possibility to work with many colleagues from different departments and divisions to enrich my internship experience.
The program allow you to benefit from the guidance and support of many supervisors and senior management.
The all program was designed to keep you busy all the time both with work activity than with networking and training events.
All my supervisors were trying to delegate as much as possible in order to test my ability to handle pressure and deliver good results.
Team working, ability to work under pressure, knowledge of the banking world: these are just few of the take-aways of this unique internship.
