The Role
The key factor about working for Rolls Royce was experiencing the daily basis of the environment on the production line. It was interesting to see how they built a Rolls Royce car each day.
Mostly everyone within the company was so polite and welcoming.
Whenever i became stuck my supervisor was always there to provide help and guidance.
I was always busy each day with enough work to cope with throughout my placement.
I was given a lot of responsibility throughout the year and kept on growing each day I was there.
The day I left Rolls Royce, I felt like I've gained new skills and knowledge about the industry.
The Company
Was always jolly.
The work was organised.
I gained training by learning a new application within the business.
If I keep in touch, there is a possibility I could be coming back.
The Culture
There was plenty of options to join colleagues after work for social activities.
The cost of living was perfectly okay.
Nightlife was average.
Students ran football every Friday.
