About You
It was a great experience and had a lot of fun
I felt very valued, we had talks from under grads all the way to MDs.
They were very supportive and were open to any questions
The presentation session was extremely helpful, the things we learnt will be useful for years to come.
The Company
All activities started and finished on time, the breaks were well placed and were long enough.
Was a very friendly atmosphere and enjoyable
We had a presentation skills session which was really good, allowed us to improve our presentation skills whether it be in front of 1 person or 200
Was incredibly helpful, the shadowing in particular was good as it showed us what actual work the employees of BAML do on a day to day basis.
The companies culture was something emphasised every day, that they are "one team".
Every day we had talks from different sectors of the bank and how they all linked together. This exposed us to all the other opportunites in the bank.
Everything Else
Reimbursed my travel to and from the office.
Everyday we had the opportunity to network and there were 2 social events
Everyday we had the opportunity to network and there were 2 social events, the Monday night drinks and Thursday night dinner
The only time we were told about activities outside of work was only during 1 lunch and nothing apart from that
Definitely!
