About You
It was fun, insightful and i learnt a lot from the experience. What more would you want from a scheme?
Every member of the department we were sat in ensured to take the time to speak and explain concepts to us.
We were assigned a trainee buddy and mentors throughiut our time with the firm to ensure our development.
The skills i developed showed me how much I wanted to become a solicitor and that I had what it takes to become one. I have now started the law conversion as a result.
The Company
Very well balanced between team exercises, presentations, research tasks, assessments but also outings and social activities.
It was just right. You could see that people knew when to be serious and when they could have fun.
They are investing a lot in me by financing the two year conversion course prior to me starting the training contract with them.
Super insightful. Not only to show me what being a solicitor truly involved but also to ensure that Taylor Wessing was the place for me.
It suprised me how much my idea of the firm changed. On paper I had preferred another firm over Taylor wessing but in reality and practice that was not the case.
Everything Else
There were social events, networking drinks as well as games organised to get to know the other students !
Yes and we also got involved ourselves in pro bono and sport activities.
