  • M&G has a very well structured rotational graduate programme, which includes around a month of offsite training to start the scheme (a great chance to get to know the other graduates) and represents a fantastic opportunity for seeing different parts of the business. A number of interns were made offers for this scheme.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • The internship had c.30 people on it, which was a great size as there were always people that you'd get on with, while being small enough to get to know all the participants. We did lots of stuff outside of work together.
