The Role
Excellent learning curve.
I received a great level of feedback and was included in a number of projects.
Weekly feedback meetings.
Reasonably busy- limited in my knowledge/experience.
Again- a reasonable amount, I certainly feel I was able to make a positive impact.
It has helped me realise where I may need to improve and the sort of skills and knowledge I will need to employ in my future career.
The Company
Fun, helpful.
Excellent- supplied with numerous educational opportunities.
Weekly lunch and learn sessions which taught us about the industry.
Company Parties/Events
Appealing- seems like a good company.
The Culture
We had a good opportunity to socialise.
London is expensive!
It was based in London- so good, though expensive.
There were a couple of Fidelity hosted social events.
