The Role
I really enjoyed the internship, the work and the people.
Felt treated well and given responsibility which is good.
Was given very very good support by not only buddy and people manager but many others too.
Busy enough that I was never bored but not overly busy. Was very well balanced.
Given a good amount of responsibility, probably as much as I could have got.
Definitely developed a number of good useful skills like writing letters and doing research.
The Company
atmosphere was nice, chilled enough that you felt fairly relaxed but not so relaxed that no work was done.
very well organised at every step, cant remember organisation ever being poor
very much so, lots of training and personal development including a dedicated development day.

The Culture
