The Role
It was overall a very good experience in PwC to get to know the people and the culture.
Most of the colleagues who I worked with really valued my help.
I had a fantastic people manager and buddy who pushed and guided me to do more during the internship. They managed to help me to put in contact the right people to give me a breadth of work when I was there.
I was very busy and I was involved in many internal and client projects. But, it was all really good experience in terms of managing my deadlines and time well.
I was given quite a few client projects and the consultants trusted me to do my work well.
The soft skills I developed is definitely going to follow through beyond this internship.
The Company
The people in my team was lovely.
I think it was very well organised with plenty of work for us. I also enjoyed the interns project a lot!
I didn't receive much team-specific training in the three days training period. After I joined the team, I just received some training and was told the useful information before I start on a work.
Subsidised Canteen
Working from home
I got an offer with them.
The Culture
Most people were quite busy during the internship itself. But, we had two days apart from the training week when we got to meet the other fellow interns.
It's London. It's probably the most expensive place in the UK but at the same time you get to networked with so many other professionals as well.
Again, it's London.
Yes, plenty of chances as they have many sports clubs in PwC and they even run an annual charity play!
