The Role
Very supportive, encouraging team. Great atmosphere.
Very positive and regular feedback.
Right amount of guidance and still enough freedom to suggest own projects.
Busy enough at the beginning, but towards the end sometimes not busy enough for my taste.
As much responsibility as was possible.
Impressive training enabled my to grasp what underwriting constitutes in a very short time.
The Company
Great atmosphere, right balance between fun and serious work.
Great setup and guidance throughout the placement.
I was impressed how much time everyone was willing to invest in my training and development even though my placement was quite short.
Company Parties/Events
Great company with ambitious growth plan.
The Culture
The social scene was very good amongst younger employees on the graduate scheme and me. However, due to the location, I did not have much contact with other interns.
Affordable and still in fairly close to London
Surprisingly good.
Yes, summer events, sports events, networking events.
