The Role
People are friendly and good fun, was an enjoyable experience.
Felt very valued, treated as a permanent employee and colleagues were really appreciative for help on projects.
Great support, all staff were happy to answer any questions no matter how silly they sounded.
Was never clock watching in the internship but never felt over worked which was nice. It depends from person to person though, I was fortunate enough to have a good balance.
Decent level of responsibility. Was trusted to go straight out on to client sites and work with audit teams. Was expected to go and work with the clients too and responsibility grew with completion of tasks.
Low star rating only because I do an engineering degree, but the skills gained from working in teams are very transferrable.
The Company
Good atmosphere whenever I was in the office. Everyone very friendly and up for a drink after work on a Friday.
PwC clearly value their interns highly. Lots of investment in training and development days and the structure was very organised in terms of feedback etc.
As I said above, a lot of investment on training and development days/weeks from the company. Clear they valued the interns.

Was lucky enough to be offered a graduate position with the firm.
The Culture
Really good social scene, most employees are very like-minded and know how to enjoy themselves.
Was in Reading, luckily my home town so didn't have to worry about rent. Quite close to London so drinks prices are not the cheapest.
Reading's a solid night out.
From the first day was getting emails to play football/rugby and go on days out.
