The Role
Enjoyable, pleasant office work space. Excel is tricky to get the hang of, but I'll get there!
Friendly colleagues and relaxed work environment.
Made to feel very welcome and everyone is willing to help.
Month end is particularly busy in the creation of reports.
Responsible for creating daily, weekly and monthly report for the Retail Group.
Graduate position, so no effect on studies.
The Company
Calm and relaxed. Good "team" atmosphere.
From initial application, to induction and full-time work, everything has been organised very well.
The Academy is the perfect for this. Personalised training and development in a devoted building.
Company Car
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Very well looked after in a highly successful organisation.
The Culture
Weekly football organised as well as other social events.
Coventry is generally a fairly cheap area to live.
Coventry is fairly good, nearby cities such as Birmingham are arguably better though.
Employee Communications emails are sent out fairly regularly outlining activities such as charity bike rides and opportunities to win tickets.
