The Role
Really enjoyed it. Was given 'proper' work and felt like a 'real' member of the team.
10 - This was perhaps the best part of the internship. Felt fantastic as part of the team - they trusted me with work, and I felt totally at home in the work environment,
Great support. My counselor worked near me and was available pretty much whenever I needed him. The Student recruitment team were also fantastic.
Varied but usually very busy. Often was very busy (but manageable). The times when I had finished all my work, I was able to get sometime else to do/help with pretty easily.
I would say quite a lot - was often liaising with colleagues in other offices and also client's staff.
Probably won't help that much with my degree as I study Politics. However beyond that - getting experience in a professional environment was invaluable.
The Company
Really great - we were all doing lots of work, but it was a relaxed environment.
Well organised.
A significant amount of time - everyone was available to give me advice, help on work or just general chat about EY. I wasn't there long enough to have any specific training etc

Extremely. I have been offered a job and intend to take it up.
The Culture
Yeah. The interns got along well and I had some good nights out with colleagues.
Hard to say - I live and work in Edinburgh year round.
Pretty good - office is on George Street which has a number of pubs and restaurants in close proxmity.
There were some team based activities such as touch rugby, I also attended the annual Edinburgh Fringe festival show which was great.
