  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Really enjoyed the experience, met some great people and really helped in my future career choices.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Felt like I was a valued part of the team straight away. Was usually given real work at am appropriate level and got to work in many different teams.

    4/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • The setup they have at EY is that everyone has a counsellor who you have regular meetings with throughout your internship. This allows you to ask questions about the career progression and general questions. I am still in contact with them now which is a great bonus.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Can really vary, sometimes there was absolutely no work so I was begging people for work, other times I had load of work to get on with, with challenging deadlines. Usually there was a good balance.

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I wasn't given too much responsibility as I was only an intern, but felt I was still valued.

    3/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Will help me with time management and definitely helped me pick what type of career I want in the future.
