The Role
Great first insight into the corporate world.
Treated like a real employee from day 1.
Support was always at hand.
Slow to start and finish but apart from that I was always kept busy.
Good level of responsibility.
Released 2 very good external training programmes, as well as being mentored by my manager.
The Company
Friendly and sociable.
Some structure but a lot of freedom given to each manager.
Very impressive.
